Appearance
Bright with an elegant red/ purple colour.
Aroma
Black cherry and red berry fruit aromatics married to complex spice notes of cinnamon and oak.
Palate
Ripe elegant fruit. Excellent balance, length and fine supportive tannins which give the wine great structure.
Varietal Constituents
85% Syrah. 15% Aragonês.
Maturation
12 months in new French and American oak barrels. 6 months in bottle. Bottled January 2007.
