SHIPPING
DO you have legal age to consume alcohol in your country?
The delivery times vary between 3-15 business days, depending on the country of dispatch; UK orders can take up to 20 working days to arrive and will be delivered on picking points for your collection (delivered by parcel force).
Taxes associated to customs are not considered in the amount charged;
The order must be checked upon acceptance if it is in good condition;
Due to legal issues, shipments to the UK and Republic of Ireland are limited to 12 bottles per order.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be entitled to a return, the order must be in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we request a purchase receipt.
In certain situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item that is not in its original condition or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed.
W hen return an item above 100 Euros we advise to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately on sale items cannot be refunded.
