Shipping & Returns

Summary of purchase conditions:
• We will confirm all orders by return e-mail.
• The table of prices below covers all the countries of Europe within the European Union. Outside the EU please contact us and we will give you an individual quote.
• We accept all VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards using our secure server. You may also pay by either eurocheque or by direct bank transfer if you have online banking.
• Please do not send cash through the mail as we will not be able to process your order.
• Please note all transactions are undertaken in Euros.
• Please do not send a £ sterling cheque as we will not be able to process your order.
• EMS Quick Mail orders include postage, packing, insurance and sales tax (IVA).
• Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization screening and/or receipt and authorization of bank transfer or euro cheque.
• Deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Adega do Cantor Lda. prides itself on the quality of its products and service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order due to availability of stock, or for any other reason.
• Customers must be over 21 years of age.

Adega do Cantor Lda. will ship goods to most addresses in Europe (the EU). Delivery times are 1 – 2 days for Portuguese national deliveries and 3 – 5 days for deliveries within the EU. Please contact us if you are purchasing from outside these areas so that we can quote you delivery time and cost. Shipping cost includes packaging, registered postage and insurances. The Adega do Cantor shopping cart will automatically calculate and add these shipping costs to your bill.

Please note: All transactions are undertaken in Euros

If an item is damaged or lost and is confirmed as such by our shipping company we will dispatch a replacement. However if an item is signed for when received we will not be able to send any replacement.
You have 14 days to return, at your expense, an item for a refund if you are unhappy with it. We do not refund the shipping charge.
Items returned later than this will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge which covers administration costs and credit card processing fees etc.

Items returned for a refund must be sent to us via insured post, must be unopened and be in as new condition. All returned products are thoroughly tested before a refund is issued. Adega do Cantor Lda. will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods.

If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable or ordered in error you may return it for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the goods. If you have any concerns or questions in regards to our shipping and returns policy please contact us before purchasing.
We aim to be able to supply all our customers quickly and efficiently with the products they require whether they be here in Portugal or throughout Europe and the world. Should this not be the case please feel free to contact us with any queries or questions.

Should for any reason the postal services be unable to deliver an order and it is returned to us, the following applies:
1. If the order is addressed incorrectly by us, we will refund the shipping and handling charge in full and/resend or refund the order;
2. If the incorrect address is given by the customer we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling charge;
3. If the order is correctly addressed and the postal services are unable to deliver we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling charge;
4. In any other circumstances or if more information is required please contact us directly.
